Our Legacy
Covenant Kitchens and Baths was founded in 2001 by Earl and Connie Neff. After building the company for 15 years, Earl and Connie sought a continuation of their legacy. In 2016, local entrepreneurs Frank Pellegrino and Al Clapps purchased the company. Al and Frank were driven by a shared commitment to community success. Relocating Covenant to 443 Broad St. in Montoursville, they invested in a new full-service showroom, expanding the collection of cabinets, countertops, tile, and flooring. With a focus on enhancing the quality work that Covenant has been known for, they bolstered the sales and design team while increasing installation capacity for a more significant impact in the years ahead.

Operations Manager
Kenny, operations manager for Covenant and East End Lumber, has a rich 30-year history in both residential and commercial building, skillfully managing all business operations and staff. His comprehensive industry experience and lifelong dedication as an athlete and coach reflect in his robust work ethic and leadership. Alongside his professional achievements, Kenny and his wife Kim, have four daughters and two dogs.
Alicia Stryker
Designer & Project Manager
Alicia is a dynamic member of our design team, bringing a unique blend of creativity and precision to every project. As a Navy veteran and Penn Tech Graduate, Alicia combines her disciplined background with an exceptional eye for design and detail. Her expertise extends to drafting and designing innovative solutions for kitchen and bath projects, showcasing her remarkable problem-solving skills in transforming spaces.
Chris Jordan
Designer & Project Manager
Chris, a seasoned designer at Covenant, hails from Corning, NY, and grew up in Sullivan County. With over four decades of experience in both commercial and residential construction since 1984, Chris has been a valuable asset to the industry. For the past six years, he has played a key role at Covenant, infusing his design expertise into the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional services to the community.
Earl Neff
Fabrication & Installation
Earl’s journey in construction began with woodworking on his family’s farm, his diverse experiences shaped his skills. As a founding member of Covenant, Earl’s commitment to excellence and fair pricing, coupled with his mastery in laminate fabrication, has contributed to the company’s reputation as a premier kitchen and bath dealership. Additionally, Earl plays a pivotal role in installation, showcasing his dedication to delivering top-notch services to the community.
